Thurs- FREE Chair Exercise Classes (for 12 wks from 3/9/2020)
On Thursdays The B.C.A Community Centre in Burton on Trent will be providing FREE Chair Exercise Classes in the main hall. In line with the current Government guidelines, we will only be allowed to take a maximum of 12 students for each session. Doors open at 10.45am to allow for temperature check and registration in time for class to start at 11.00am. To book your slot please call us on 01283 512182 or 07970094828.
